Pandamonium Magazine is a brand new fashion newsletter that is in its infancy stages. Panda will showcase local shops and designers in the Buffalo area and surrounding towns. The purpose of Panda is to inform the fashion-forward college community about the small businesses and talent that strive to bring culture to the city.
